Key Information

As a school, we are committed to providing high-quality wraparound care, alongside a wide range of activities and experiences for our children. We aim to work in close partnership with all our families to ensure a positive and enriching primary school journey, where children truly flourish and experience life in its fullness. On this page, you will find key information, including our expectations around communication and our home–school agreements.

Breakfast Club

The school operates breakfast club. If parents are requiring a place, please complete the breakfast club booking form from the school office. Further information is available on our breakfast club page.

School Meals

Our school meals are provided by Lancashire Catering Service.  You can find out more here

All children in Reception - Year 2 are able to take up a daily free meal under the Universal Free School Meal provision.

Meals are £3.00 per day and a varied menu is in place.

Free School Meals

If your child attends our nursery you can apply to claim free school meals if they attend for a full day and you get one of the qualifying benefits.

Your child will be able to get free school meals if they're in reception class, year 1 or year 2. Ask at the office for more information. If you get any of the qualifying benefits your child's school can get extra funding, called pupil premium, if you apply for free school meals through Lancashire County Council.

Follow this link for further information on free school meals and pupil premium and apply online

Please note:

From 1st April 2026 the Household Support Fund, which provides the holiday time free school meals vouchers, will cease.  It will be replaced with the Crisis and Resilience Fund, whose conditions do not allow for the provision of vouchers for eligible children.  We are awaiting full details of how this new fund will work and will share them here when published.
