Welcome to the Friends of St Peter’s 2026-2027
We are very fortunate, at our school, to have a group of Friends that has been an integral part of the school community for many years. Over this time, the Friends have raised thousands of pounds which has been spent on improving equipment and resources to enhance our children's education and provide them with fun "memory making" experiences.
All parents and members of the school community can get involved if they would like to, even if they only have a small amount of time to give. In fact, every parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle, of one of our wonderful children, automatically becomes a "friend" of our school. You do not have to join the committee to be an active member of the Friends.
Support can be given in many ways; be it helping to organise or run one of our events, doing some 'behind the scenes' help, such as baking or wrapping gifts, attending and supporting our events throughout the year. We are always looking for new ways to fundraise to benefit our children and any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
We hold termly meetings and all are welcome. If you would like to suggest an idea, find out some more information or join us you can reach the chair at friends@stpetersheysham.lancs.sch.uk
